This Banana Smoothie tastes like banana pudding! It is vegan and gluten-free and made with plant-based milk, vanilla protein powder, granola, and of course bananas. The granola and vanilla protein powder help make this taste like one of my favorite desserts, banana pudding.
Blend this together for breakfast, or a quick treat! Naturally sweetened with ripe bananas it makes you feel like you’re having dessert!
Ingredients and Benefits
Bananas– Fiber for improved digestion and disease prevention. Vitamin C for better immune health. Vitamin B6 for improved metabolism. Potassium for organ health and lower blood pressure. Magnesium for improved blood pressure, blood sugar.
Plant-based protein powder– Lower in saturated fat, and cholesterol than whey protein, also easier for the body to break down and digest.
Plant-based milk– No cholesterol, and lower fat than dairy milk.

Banana Pudding Smoothie
- 2 medium bananas about 1 cup
- 1/4 cup Plant-based milk such as almond or oat
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup vanilla granola plus more for topping OR rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ice
- Add everything to the blender and blend until smooth.
