Learn to cook cholesterol free meals that actually taste good! All recipes taught in our Lower Your Cholesterol series contain 0 cholesterol and very low saturated fat.

The Lower Your Cholesterol Series will cover cholesterol free breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes over the course of 3 weeks. Sign Up for the full series 7 SAVE 20% or choose the class you prefer.

Classes takes place from 6:00pm to 7:30pm on:
May 15th Breakfast: Vegan Breakfast Burritos! (Freezer Friendly & perfect for meal prep)
May 22nd Lunch: Vegan Buffalo Chickpea Pasta Salad
May 29th Dinner: Vegan Broccoli Cheddar Soup!

For people who need to lower their cholesterol, the American Heart Association recommends reducing saturated fat to less than 6% of total daily calories. For someone eating 2,000 calories a day, that’s about 11 to 13 grams of saturated fat.

All classes are taught by a professionally trained Chef and Nutritionist certified in Nutrition for disease management and prevention.

All classes are hosted live via Zoom. Recordings will be available if you are unable to attend live.
