Hands-on live weekly meal prep with a professional chef & nutritionist. 4 virtual classes every Sunday from 3 pm-5:30 pm EST. Class recordings will be provided for those who cannot attend in person.

5x breakfast meals
5x lunch meals
5x dinner meals
All meals are plant-based and gluten-free optional and nutritionist-approved!
Recipes and Ingredient Shopping list will be provided 1 week before class. Classes will be held via Zoom.
